Today was my second time in livingston store and again I am delighted with my purchase also the staff in store are very good and very helpful.

OMG what can i say i had an amazing experience in the Norwich store today i had not had a new bra for 8 years and after having a bad experience in a previous shop (NOT A YOURS STORE) it put me off going to get remeasured. I just wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU and WELL DONE! I wasn't aware that there were even Yours stores and went to the one in Bury on Sunday 3rd May and I have never ever received customer service like I did. The two girls were absolutely LOVELY. So helpful, made me feel confident and helped me when changing sizes. There was no judgment and it was so refreshing to be a part of. The manger and her staff at Lowerstoft Branch are so so helpful and always go above and beyond of just being a shop assistance I have been into another near by branch and while they were pleasant couldn't say their were as helpful. Just wanted to say THANK YOU as you make it so much easier to shop for a the bigger lady( with a funny shape) and they know just which cloths would suit you better and it did pay off after I spent app £190. Service is always excellent. The member of staff truly understood my particular needs well(I have a disability) nothing was too much trouble and she never rushed or dismissed me, took a genuine interest. Best sales assistant I have come across in Yours. I have been to another store and the service was not as good.

First time visiting the shop but the staff on board really made my visit a great experience. Chantelle is ace!! I spent almost 2 horse in the store as there is that much variety trying stuff on etc. the only qualm I have is that the shop is quite small for the amount of stock they have which made me spend more time here as I was finding different items as I was walking up and down. Love the clothes great fit too something for every one

Lovely store with great supportive staff, Chantelle is amazing really helped with my visit. Only thing is the store is packed of great variety, and I think I walked around for 2 hours up and down seeing items I didn't see before as they are doubled up on rails

Really good prices and sizing and a nice range in size 36 which is great but fabrics are sometimes really poor quality. Fraying from unfinished edges on seams is a problem. I have a blouse I bought Xmas that I can't wear now ( April) as it has frayed so much.I would be happy to pay a bit more for a better fabric to be used that will last longer. Also, many of us larger ladies like to cover the tops of our arms.Many of your sleeve lengths are very short. Could we have some more that are at least elbow length? Could we also have some with smaller necklines. Some are really low and I like to be cool but prefer not to be flashing my bra. Not criticising, I am very glad to have found "Yours' just a few suggestions to make it even better .

1st time in a Yours store, and was overwhelmed by the huge selection of beautiful, bright colours an designs.... The prices r very good... Now... The beautiful shop assistant that I had was a lovely highly professional French lady called I believe julie.... She was fabulous, even reduced my boobs from a 50DD to a much more uplifting 44E (hooray!!)...Julie honestly should b sales person of the year, a gr8 credit 2 ur company... Thank u 4 a very enjoyable Sunday morning... (And £260.00 lighter!!!!!) ??????

What a wonderful clothes shopping experience! I was attended to very quickly, and the ladies who served me were the most helpful, friendly and honest I have ever come across for a very long time. They took time to discuss my needs, offer suggestions when asked, and were happy coming and going with different styles, colours and garments for nearly 2 hours, whilst giving honest to goodness, positive feedback! I was very happy with my purchases and highly recommend this shop to anyone as they make the whole experience what it should be - fun! Special thanks to Deborah (the blond, bubbly one)!

I'm so glad I discovered Yours Clothing; such a wide range of gorgeous plus size clothing! Most plus size retailers offer only small selections of shapeless, overpriced, dull clothing but Yours are really leading the way in affordable, beautiful clothes for plus size women. As happy as I am to order online, I would love to see a store to Belfast at some point in the future!
