My first time visiting this store and I absolutely loved it. It was my first ever time walking into a clothes shop and always having clothing in my size. The staff were very friendly and chatty and the clothes are great quality and good value. The shop itself looked lovely. Will definitely be visiting again.

I feel like I had to write to just say a massive thank you to this fantasic store! I used to hate wearing clothes, I could never find anything that made me feel good about myself (seriously, I once spent an entire summer in jeans and hoodies because I hated the way I looked). But then, I found 'Yours'. Ever since I bought my first few outfits from here I've noticed a massive change in myself. I'm more body confident, I can finally leave the house thinking that I look good and now I genuinely look forward to getting dressed in the morning! Wearing clothes no longer feels like a chore for me and it's all thanks to this amazing store. I don't think that I can ever thank you enough for giving me back my confidence and my smile!!

I have always loved YOURS ever since I found it in Manchester. I went into the Bury store for the first time last weekend after being told there was one in the shopping centre. I received outstanding customer service, the lady on the fitting rooms was amazing! She made it clear that it was no trouble to find me different sizes, she helped me in the bra section to find the right cup/back size for my shape, she was so helpful. And the lady at the till was just as pleasant and went out of her way to make sure I was a happy customer. All in all 10 out of 10, I love YOURS! It's always my first stop for comfy, stylish clothes! xx

Omg what an amazing place to shop I'm not one for clothes shopping but I will now only ever shop at YOURS the staff are fantastic they don't bother you but they help you. They say if the item suits you or if it looks too big they advise what will look good and what doesn't. Had some troubles with my parcel getting misplaced on it's the way to the store, the store staff were excellent trying to sort it out for me so I had my clothes in time for a special occasion, especially the Leeds store manageress, she went above and beyond to help me out, massive thanks! Loved YOURS since I first discovered it a while ago and the outfit I got today was no exception, beautiful.

Visited this store for the first time yesterday What a pleasure. Store was big and bright with a fantastic choice of clothing. Having never been in this shop before and very upset that I couldn't find anything to wear for my birthday I walked into Yors. The two ladies that was working this afternoon (19th March) were more than amazing. They recommended clothes that would suit my body shape and made me feel so much better about myself than I had all afternoon. Having been sneered at by an assistant in a well known store when I asked if there was a section for "larger ladies" I came home in tears. After finding Yours on the internet thought I'd give the Blackpool store a try. I felt like a child let loose in a sweet shop. A bonus was an Assistant who was very informative and dispensed service with a beautiful smile!!! A massive thumbs up from a grateful "larger lady".

I live in Bradford, and had never heard of YOURS, went to Warrington shopping and nearly walked past the store, saw the trendy clothing, and automatically thought they would not have anything in my size, then noticed the size sign, wow. I was really surprised, and picked lots of things to try on, one of the assistants came up, offered to take my stuff to a changing room to free my arms up, she had an easy, friendly attitude, not pushy at all, what a lovely touch. I bought a few items, and now have found a store in Leeds, going on Saturday :) please can we have a YOURS in Bradford? I love it

Was here on my first visit to a yours clothing shop as you have not came to Aberdeen yet. Girls were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help me. Will be going back on my next visit.

I shop online at Yours. I love everything I've purchased. Being a bigger girl, it can be difficult to find pretty clothes at a reasonable price. Evans for example, are way over priced for what they're selling, as their clothes are no better quality than Yours. Service is second to none. Keep up the good work guys :o) x
