What a lovely shopping experience: I ordered some items online and collected them from the Leeds store. The items were packaged beautifully and fitted really well (except a couple of them didn't suit me) The staff were very nice and helpful and the returns went smoothly and on my way out of the store (after buying more clothes in store) each member of staff in turn gave me a lovely smile and said goodbye. I love yours and have recommended it to all my friends and family and the online catwalk show for each item is brilliant.

Came into the yours store at crystal peaks today (Thursday the 23rd of April around half nine ish )for the first time I was greated soon as I walked in store the two ladies that was in store was so helpful after trying a few items on I was delighted with the feed back they gave me with what suited and what didn't suite me they was so honest which is refreshing and not just trying to get a sale I left with a bag full of goodies I'd highly recommended this store its a must to visit I'll be visiting again and again please pass my thanks to the two ladies in question I'm sorry I didn't get any names as they didn't have name badges on but one was dark haired and one with white/blonde hair both very pretty ladies. at last... a fun friendly fashionable shop with a great online service too! since finding yours, shopping has become fun again instead of the dreaded chore it used to be. everything is cut to flatter us slightly curvier girls, the prices are affordable, the items are great quality. I went to your Warrington store yesterday and was met by a large choice of clothing which was bright colours good priced clothing . The assistant called emma was so helpful by choosing clothes which she thought would suit me she even carried them to the changing rooms and stayed with me to give me advice on what looked best . I ended up buying most of her choices . Went to the till to pay only to be greeted by assistant called kiri who was also very friendly and helpful felt like I had known them for ages so can you please pass on my thanks to these ladies as the made my visit very enjoyable . I would really like to say how wonderful the staff at the Norwich store are. They couldn't be more helpful, friendly and I have never been greeted with anything less than a smile. The staff are always willing and on hand to find something in the right size, or give their thoughts on which dress looks best. I couldn't recommend this store enough and that is a real testament to the staff. (Of course all the clothes are fabulous too!). I hope the staff get to see this message as they deserve to know how much their hard work is appreciated.

Came into the Crystal Peaks store today (15th april) cannot fault the staff there always so friendly and only too happy to help, was served by Amanda today, nothing was too much trouble and I left with everything (plus more) that I needed, will recommend to all !!
